I am extremely appreciative of Dr. Trawick-Smith’s care of my beloved gelding in his later years. The life of a geriatric horse can be fraught with peril, and Dr. Trawick-Smith navigated the pitfalls by helping me to keep him as healthy and comfortable as possible. She was so kind and wonderful to my horse, but also supportive to me in providing advice and answering my questions. She understands the deep bond between horse and owner and always showed such empathy. Her expertise is comprehensive, and she was able to address everything from new joint injection procedures to acupuncture, and from dentistry to metabolic conditions. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Trawick-Smith for her exceptional care.
